Meet the Winsman Group: A dynamic team of skilled architects, builders, and designers, each committed to crafting functional, beautiful structures. Together, we turn construction dreams into reality with expertise and passion.
Sam is the founder of Winsman Group and holds a Cert IV and Diploma in Building and Construction as well as a senior First Aid Certificate. Sam also holds a NSW Building Licence. Sam has an excellent eye for potential development sites and is very knowledgeable when it comes to land acquisitions.
He employs different methods of research in finding the ideal development sites for our clients. Further to this Sam has worked on multiple projects which he has personally overseen and delivered. These range from your standard double-storey home to luxury duplexes, townhouses, refurbishments, terrace housing and commercial fit out works.

Toni is an experienced site manager with a vast array of experience across the construction industry. Toni started out his career working and being involved at various levels in some of the most significant infrastructure projects across NSW and SE Queensland, being:
West Connect, Northwest Rail Link, Brisbane Airport Link, Brisbane Gateway Bridge, Glenfield to Leppington Train Line, Brunswick Heads Bridges & M7.
Toni holds various certificates and tickets across various earthwork machinery, trucks and plant. Toni then moved into site management. He has supervised and delivered on several projects ranging from your standard duplex to townhouses. Toni will never take no for an answer and always find a solution to a problem. His strong work ethic, technical experience and strong people skills make him a great asset on any project.
